The technician setup the mount & TV very well. But it doesn't stay in place. I moved it 1 time & now it doesn't stay where I want it to stay. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THIS PIECE OF HARDWARE.

The service provided was excellent - my TV was mounted and the technician made sure I was logged into the apps that I am subscribed to. My only complaint is that it cost double what I expected. I had purchased premium installation, but I did not realize there were additional charges for mounting the TV over a fireplace AND also mounting on a brick wall. The technician advised I should have been shown these options when I purchased the install, but I was not. So the install cost $400 instead of $200, and I felt I no choice about accepting the additional charges.
