    Great guys but not experienced if i was not here to assist this would of been a disaster. Even now i have wires not secured in place and not where i wanted TV but gave up after over 1 1/2 hours of trying. Worst part is they couldnt program my cable box to be able to use the samsung remote and DIDNT SAY ANYTHING ! JUST LEFT Further they didnt fix factory settings on TV to suit my need

    Had this mount before - I mounted it last time. It was awesome having the techs do all the work this time, set up my tv and blu ray player and answer all my questions!
