This service was part of other work but when the techs came we decided not to do it anymore. The cost of the service was promptly credited to my credit card account (within a few days). This is unlike some of the other products which weren't needed. It has been 17 days since they were not needed and taken back by the geek squad techs, yet the status still remains listed as "out for delivery". I've tried twice with Bestbuy reps to get this resolved but nothing yet. last time I was told it takes a while and they couldn't give me an estimation of how long. Absolutely rubbish!

The agents that came to my home were 3rd party.They were Not Geek Squad. Disappointed from beginning! They never called ahead.m, came 2hrs after the time Window, with no aplogy. They didn't have ID, they didn't introduce themselves. One agent Only spoke Spanish. However he knew what he was doing, but the interpreter did a poor job of explaining what the other was doing. When done they spent very little time showing me how it worked. In fact, it didn't work when they left. I realized the sound was Not coming thru my receiver. I had to return to the store,ask specifically for the Geek Squad to return to fix. Which they did yesterday and gave me outstanding service! It now all works.. He had ID , called ahead if time, wore shoe booties in my home..But 1 wk without sound was annoying,unacceptable, and unprofessional service. This gives Best Buy a tarnished star. I've been a loyal customer over 10 yrs! and until this 3rd party got involved, I always was satisfied.

Best Buy used a third party to do the mounting. They hit wiring in the wall and damaged the opposite side wall in my bedroom. The BB person who sold me the TV and equipment was out of the country and trying to deal with others was a mess. Trying to explain to one of the representatives off shore was useless, and trying to figure out who to deal with was not fun. If you use BB, make sure you have access to a single point person who is willing to navigate BB's maze of support people.

The agent came on a schadule time and installed 4 TV and entertainment system.
