you have to get the annual protection with the geek squad , this has paid for itself in a number of items that i have purchase, don't pass this offer up

All connections on install were fast and correct. Very happy

Got to love free install with my Totaltech subscription.

Our printer was installed in just a few minutes and he even helped us use the printer from our phones. A really nice and professional guy.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been scheduled 2 times. First time, Best Buy never showed and never called to cancel. 2nd time they scheduled me for the only 1 1/2hrs i was not available that day as they insist YOU be available from 7am to 7pm. First the technician called to clarify a detail and I told him I was not available then and he said he couldn't help but I needed to make another call to scheduling so I did(which took 30+minutes because you go through an automated system and are put on hold) who said they could accommodate me only to receive a call and VM the day of the installation by the very technician I spoke to the night before to say he knows scheduler said they would accommodate me but he WOULD NOT accommodate me. I'm canceling my entire order and taking my business elsewhere. Best Buy clearly does not value their customers time or business. The store associates were great to deal with but Best Buy does not have customer service that reflects the great job the store associates display.

The agents connected mounted and connected all of my tv's and hooked up my sound system...Extremely helpful and cleaned up after they were finished.

Friendly service and efficient. Only problem for me is the soundbar could not be mounted flush with the TV. This was due to the TV selected and the placement of the holes for attachment behind the tv. The soundbar attached is also a little lopsided. The technicians tried to get it level but it just would not work. I’m not sure if it being unlevel is due to the install or tv.

The computer cleanup was terrific. The only problem was keeping me up do date with the repair status. The web site was only updated when they checked it in.
