Holds the television well and it was easy to install by the geek squad.

The subcontracted agent did a good job overall but had some difficulty centering the TV on the wall at the beginning. That was eventually resolved but ended up causing more holes in the wall than necessary.

I set up my appointment in the store and when geek squad came out to my house it was a surprise what they told me! I paid for what I thought was the total in the store and when it came to installment it was 3xs the amount! I would have never set it up if I knew it cost that much! I didn’t know that it was a lot more until they drilled a hole through my wall so I went ahead with it anyway. The store needs to know what they are talking about if they are setting up ANYTHING!

They are knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and respectful. I look forward to dealing with them.

WHEN I PURCHASED THE TV MOUNT AND INSTALLATION AT THE STORE, I WAS CHARGED FOR THE MOUNT, & $199.99 FOR INSTALLATION, PLUS $99.00 FOR SOMETHING TO DO WITH DRYWALL FIREPLACE. I INFORMED THE SALES PERSON THAT OUR HOME WAS A BRAND NEW SMART HOME AND THE ELECTRICAL PLUG AND HD PLUG WERE ALREADY IN THE WALL. THE SALES PERSON STATED HE WAS REQUIRED TO PLACE THE $99.00 CHARGE ON MY BILL, BUT THE INSTALLER COULD VOID IT.SO WHEN THE TV WAS MOUNTED AND INSTALLED, I INQUIRED ABOUT THE $99.00 ANDHE STATED IT WAS FOR SOME KING OF INSURANCE. AS OF TODAY I STILL DON'T UNDERSTAND THE $99.00 CHARGE

A third party, not the Geek Squad came to install my 65 inch tv above my gas fireplace. When they arrived, they would not finish installing the television until I paid another $150 dollars. This extra money was because they were installing it above a fireplace. I told them , it is sheetrock! Not brick or stone. You are doing the same number of screws with the same screws! I am disappointed in Best Buy because I told them over the phone when I asked for the service and they connected me to the Geek Squad scheduler exactly where the tv was going in my condo. I prepaid $150 and then was swindled out of another $150, just to get the job completed on the day of the install. I paid the fee, because I needed the television hooked up. I had already waited 10 full days for the Geek Squad to arrive. I have complained and called several times that this was unethical behavior on the part of Best Buy. I am told that they can credit me $35 for my dissatisfaction.. Nothing more. If I want further attention, I need to speak with the local store manager in person. There is no email and no phone number. Barbaric! What has happened to you Best Buy? You used to be so much better than this! Ripped off and overcharged in Dover, NH.

We bought this service for mother in law to get her TV mounted above her fireplace. They did a fantastic and fast job. Very thorough and professional.

I would recommend the GEEK Squad to anyone - the 2 gentlemen that delivered/installed/mounted my were very professional and courteous and answered all of my questions.

The technician was very helpful and installed the projector with some creative thinking with the mount I had as the brands i had vs the new one are different
