The fusion Sound bar for the outdoors tv is not hooked up properly and does not work with the tv. the tv is locked into the mount with a plate blocking the connection ports on the tv.

The Geek Squad member did a good job setting up my TV

Geek Squad installers mounted a new 55 inch Sony. Did a great job. Quick, professional, and helpful.

A third party, not the Geek Squad came to install my 65 inch tv above my gas fireplace. When they arrived, they would not finish installing the television until I paid another $150 dollars. This extra money was because they were installing it above a fireplace. I told them , it is sheetrock! Not brick or stone. You are doing the same number of screws with the same screws! I am disappointed in Best Buy because I told them over the phone when I asked for the service and they connected me to the Geek Squad scheduler exactly where the tv was going in my condo. I prepaid $150 and then was swindled out of another $150, just to get the job completed on the day of the install. I paid the fee, because I needed the television hooked up. I had already waited 10 full days for the Geek Squad to arrive. I have complained and called several times that this was unethical behavior on the part of Best Buy. I am told that they can credit me $35 for my dissatisfaction.. Nothing more. If I want further attention, I need to speak with the local store manager in person. There is no email and no phone number. Barbaric! What has happened to you Best Buy? You used to be so much better than this! Ripped off and overcharged in Dover, NH.

He is professional, punctional, courteous. He completed his job to my satisfaction, when offered "coffee tip" he responded politely that he could not accept it - company policy. It is rare to receive a service like Christopher.
