The Best Buy agent placed a TV mount with tilt to support the TV on wall. He was friendly and efficient.

I bought my 85” tv elsewhere simply because there was an extended warranty thrown in for free. But the reviews for that vendor’s installation were enough to warn me away. I was delighted that BestBuy will install products purchased elsewhere. The team was great at communicating, very pleasant, and had a lot of experience with my specific mount and tv model. Installation was fast, and highly professional! I would use Geek Squad again in a heartbeat.

The agents mounted my TV. They had trouble latching one part after mounting , but overall nice experience

Russell did a great job getting the old TV and mount off, and installing the new ones. All cables were fed correctly through the wall using existing wiring kit. Russell also showed me how the TV worked and got things working with my AV receiver. Awesome experience!

Having our 65” Sony installed by the Geek Squad was a great experience. They did a great job making sure all our components were connected and working. They even spent some extra time to show us some of the key functions.

The T V is amazing first of all ........! The geek squad guys were very professional , helpful and made everything even more worthwhile ! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants or needs a hand with installation of their television and wall mount , soundbar !

Damien and Randy were awesome. They came three times because I traded the first tv that was 65 inches to a 77 inch tv. They came a second time to install the tv. Finally, they came to install my soundbar. They also demonstrated how to use my tv.

Everything was good. Geek Squad was friendly and knowledgeable, but the one thing they didn’t do was to set up my Sonos system I had to make several more visits before it was done.

They mounted my TV to a third party stand and connected all mys stuff. They made sure everything was working before they left and took the box so I didn't have to deal with it.

Chad was the one to help us installing our wall mount with 86” TV. They were very professional in keeping area tidy and well done. I hope to see him again in my future needs.

I had a third party contractor affiliated with BestBuy mount my 55” TV to the wall. The contractor did a great job. I’m disappointed with BestBuy. I was not aware that a third party contractor would setup and mount my T.V.. i could of had any one setup my T.V. for less than $100 instead of $200. Also, no offer to hide the wires on my wall.

Service was excellent. My Geek guy was very, very professional, nice, friendly, and on the job. He handled EVERYTHING just right. The position of my television is right on time. I am not looking up at it like I used to do at my other resident. He gave great advice also as far as my Cable people. He's a keeper. Lol

The two installers were very professional and friendly and worked very hard to satisfy my desire to put the TV and shelving unit where I wanted it. Installed in no time, did not leave a mess, and despite being charged a little extra for asking for additional shut up of my shelving unit which was not included in the original estimate, I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend the geek squad to professionally install any entertainment system that you want mounted on the wall!

The Geek Squad mounted an outdoor tv on my siding on my deck. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. They did a great job. Highly recommended. Well worth the money.

So the team is great. The guys are very knowledgeable and I must admit, very VERY fast. I can imagine my entire day destroyed trying to unpackage and mount a TV. My only gripe is that the things they use to attach cable boxes to the back of the TV are a bit faulty. This is my 2nd tv from them for install, and both times it’s hanging off the back! I’m sure they can come and rescue it though. That’s the only reason why I didn’t go for the 5 stars.

The Geek Squad did a phenomenal job of mounting our TV. They were super-nice and cleaned up after themselves. They also took time to explain how to use the remote. We didn’t pay anything for their assistance since we are total tech members. Certainly got value out of our membership!

The setup personnel were professional and very informative! It was a pleasure to have them install my equipment.

The 2-man team did a great job. They had to drill through a porcelain wall, so it wasn't easy.
