agent mounted my tv and made it look easy. Makes a big difference

The men that came and put our tv on the wall were great. Very polite and adhered to covid guidelines wearing masks.

Thee Geek Squad guy quickly installed my new TV system, connected al components, and hauled away my old TV. No issues were noted.

We have used Geek Squad twice now to mount 2 different 65" tvs to the walls in our house and both times we received great service. Well worth it.

The actual mounting did not take place on the first visit because I did not have a needed bracket for the sound bar, No problems at all on second visit.

I would give this a 0/no star review if it allowed. I paid in full upfront as there was no way to schedule the appointment without full payment. I was happy to pay 50% upfront to secure an appointment but thought 100% payment was ridiculous considering that paying full price to book an appointment just seemed wrong. You do not pay for a haircut when you book the appointment. But I did it anyway as I was moving and needed my TV’s moved and mounted. The one TV was not going to work so while the technicians were in my home I bought the parts needed to correct the situation and was told they would reschedule me for 3 days out. Since I paid for the appointment in full and had already waited 3 weeks. Valued the company and technicians and confirmed everything and on the morning of the scheduled date I was told my appointment got pushed back 4 weeks. Sat on hold with geek squad 45 minutes to get a live person who could not connect me to a manager, that would take another 36-48 hours. I have been a Best Buy customer for 10 years and this service was lousy. I returned all my products, got the same tv cheaper and task rabbit installed it for $70 not $269.

The guys did an excellent job installing our TV and soundbar to the wall. We would use them again.

Courtesy and helpful. Connected all the appropriate devices and willing to offer advice based on prior installations on what might work best for configuration and set up.

They found out that the original wall mount would not fit and replaced it right then and there with one that would.
