    The Geek Squad was unable to install the TV Mount and did not respond to us for 8 days. Both our Old TV and New TV were left on the floor, along with the Mount for the new TV, a new mount that we had to wait for to be installed eight days late. And parts of everything were left on our Dining room Table. NOT one of your better days to complete in a reasonable time.

    The Geek squad came at the beginning of their 4 hour block, mounted the bracket and TV. They even wore booties and vacuumed after themselves.
