Upon summoning the TV Mounting wizards from the hallowed halls of Best Buy, I was greeted by a team of professionals who exuded a level of expertise and enthusiasm that would put the Avengers to shame. Armed with an arsenal of tools and a shared mission to bring my televisual dreams to life, they approached my beloved flat-screen with the reverence and precision of a team of Swiss watchmakers. As I stood in awe, the Best Buy Mountaineers scaled the towering heights of my living room wall with the grace and agility of nimble mountain goats. Their movements were as fluid and harmonious as a well-choreographed ballet, with each member of the team playing their part in perfect synchronicity. As always , the geek squad technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure the TV was mounted properly and programmed the TV and explained everything. Asked if there was anything we wanted programmed special and they set it up for us.

These guy's had me mounted up almost twice! We tried to park a 77" TV on the mount but the mount was too small for it and could not be changed. Anyway, we're back to the 65" which they had mounted within 30 minutes including getting DirecTV online, mounting the soundbar, marrying the bass, etcetera, etcetera. A few minutes later they had cleaned up the den, shook my hand then hit the road!

I had geek squad install a 70 inch tv on my wall. They showed up on time and were very fast with the install. They knew exactly what they were doing when they showed up, went above and beyond and cleaned up everything they did. Great job

They did a good job of mounting the 85-inch TV to my wall as well as cleaning up after they were done. I wish they had mounted the TV a little closer to the soundbar, so there isn't a gap where you can see some wires.

I was in good hands! The Geek Squad folks came as a duo during the selected timeslot and guided me through the process of how they were going to connect and mount the TV. I never did a wall mount before so this was brand new to me and they patiently explained me how they were going to do it and what decisions I had to help them make. In about 2-3 hours time, everything was set up and ready to go. They even taught me a few tricks with the TV and connected all my other devices (Apple TV, sound bar, Switch) as well. I'm so glad I called and had them do it. Saved me so much trouble and time.

The men were very professional and knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were here before the time they were scheduled and they called first and asked if I wanted them or they could wait until the scheduled time. I told them it was OK to come and they did. They were in and finished the job before I even knew it. They instructed me on how to use it and they cleaned up after themselves Great people.

I got my new TV mounted to the wall. All was done perfect and I am super happy with service! Alex did an excellent job!!!

The Best Buy techs installed two 70" flat-screen TVs..The also installed it's attendant articulating wall mount..Everything went flawlessly on my installation (s)..

The Geek Squad gives excellent service. They are very reliable and I would highly recommend them. They installed my tv and receiver very fast and they are very knowledgeable.

GEEK SQUAD, so intelligent knowledgeable about every single thing although a bit annoying just a tad bit, the other thing I love a newby just learning the ropes besides his senior comrade, thing is i don’t like seeing them be chastised in an embarrassing way in my view, its always a beautiful way to tell a new learner the correct way or how things are done. Also, the senior. Should learn to step back while working and learn from newby.

The guys from geek squad were fantastic! They listened to all of my requests on how and where I wanted the TV mounted and took great care to get everything done right. They made sure all the cabling was neat and ordered, that all my components worked correctly and showed me how to use them. Worth every penny to have them professionally mount my new TV; I’ve done it myself before, but their knowledge and experience got it done so much. faster than I ever could. Thanks guys!

The install gentleman was very nice and explained everything he was doing. However, I was concerned when a crew of one showed up. The information on how to use the new system was less than thorough and I was sorry that my shorthand skills are no longer efficient. I went on line and saved the manual so I could review how to do things.

The entire experience from purchasing the television, DVD player, and mount to Kai and Kam installing everything and providing me instructions on how to operate it all was great. They were neat and cleaned up any materials left. They were also very pleasant and professional.

I had purchased a 65” television an another big area box store. When it was installed it was like a race for the two installers to see how fast they could finish. They even installed the mount right over the cable connection and wouldn’t even take the box away. Best Buy installed did my next tv install. FIRST CLASS INSTALL! Took their time, measured, tested and took the box and all packing then cleaned up around better than how they found my home. I’m only buying from Best Buy on ANY electronic purchase.
