    The agent was not able to connect my TV. Needs to return to finish the job and connect the computer cable to unit. Also the agent didnot connect all my devices to my TV

    On time delivery of my new TV and the Geek Squad guys were very particular about everything from unpacking & installing (on my heavy duty mount that sits on my a/v console) to hooking up my other components. We went over the LG remote buttons, and how to navigate the TV menu and various features. My old tv was from the Dark Ages, so they were really patient answering my questions when I took over the remote. No mess left in the house either.

    Set up new TV. Technician took time to explain aspects of the TV and helped hook it up to the existing internet. Technician was on time and let me know he was on his way.
