Geek Squad mounted my tv’s quickly

Incomplete job by the original tech

He told us we needed an updated cable box which I went the next day to exchange. He told me to E-mail him and he would come back and connect with instructions on how to use. I called him x1 and e-mail him x2 with no response after 3 weeks. I then went back to Best buy and they arrange for someone else to come out and the job was completed.
