    they cam 2 hours after 6 hour window with no calling the customer and then tried to charge over the installation fee.

    My TV's were mounted to the walls. my sound bars were left sitting on the boxes they were shipped in. Not exactly the end result i was looking for

    Best Buy delivery and Geek/UP CHARGE Squad is horrible. Took the day off and at 4pm before it should have been delivered it was delayed a week. They did not give me money back to ease the delay. Then I told them to schedule a specific time since I burned a day off and they did not adhere. Again nothing to ease the relationship. I had to pay MORE for them to hang it and they could not hide wires in the wall like store clerk said they could. HORRIBLE service. Nice people but WAY OVER PRICED. Get the TV- GREAT DEAL. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD and expect the delivery date to change last minute with no regard to the consumer. Go somewhere else and have them match offer. Best Buy does not care about customer just $$$$

    Guy did not listen to me about centered placement. He lied about the instructions I gave him. He did not clean up after himself - leaving screws all over the carpet. Luckily, the mount I bought handles the angles I need and the centering issue is hidden by the mount's ability to be moved all right or all left against the wall.
