    Knowledgable and quick. However all of the connections (wires and cords) were not done as neatly as possible and have to be disentangled and arranged.

    We told the store sales rep that our tv would be mounted above the fireplace and that the holes were already in the wall. Apparently an over the fireplace install requires a special technician. The sent the wrong person the first time because there was no note about the fireplace. We had to wait another full week to get it installed. Could have been avoided if they had a simple survey for homeowners to provide info to the techs.
