The people they sent to install my TV mount/TV were extremely friendly. They did a great job and were at my house for roughly 30 minutes.

The agents mounted the tv and set up my WiFi connection to the tv.very quick and simple and turned out great on the wall.

Techs installed my 85" tv perfectly. They were in and in no time.

After being so happy with the orginal install of my tv's, I decided to use Geek Squad again when we moved. I needed the same 2 tv's hung at our new address. I paid 400.00 for the mounting of the tv's this time around. The two men that showed up this time seemed bothered by having to do this job. They quickly stated that the two sound bars were not part of the 400 I paid already. Even though they were already attached to the tv's, after a quick discussion they started working and mounted both tv's. It look them roughly 45 mins, which means they each made over 200 an hr. I also gave them a 20 dollar cash tip bacause the main gentleman made me feel bad. Absolutely no customer service, went out of their pay to complain about having to put 2 screws in to hold up a sound bar. Did not ziptie and clean up cords and wires,(Installers 1st time look the time to do this). Unfortunately after this last experience we had, we not be using Geek Squad again. It's a shame, biggest waste of 400.00 I've ever spent.

The process required 4 visits by the installers. The first installer said he needed a colleague to do it, the second (a couple) said that the mount we had was not good. We were instructed to purchase another one. The third installer said that that mount was not appropriate, and ordered yet another mount which we had to go to the store (long holiday lines) to return. The final process was ok, the gentleman really tried to help, but the end result is that the height still needs to be adjusted.

Geek Squad did a great job mounting the 65" TV over the fireplace. Looks great!
