    Installers were great! So easy to schedule. Cost was high and I had to buy accessories that I didn’t know about until the time of install.

    I couldn’t say more about the installers. Extremely friendly and courteous actually wore removable booties while in the house

    Friendly customer service. However, I will have to schedule another call due to: TV stopped working 2 days after mounted on the wall. My TV was still under warranty so I was able to have it serviced at no cost and now works again. Samsung advised on the next installation to make sure no pressure is applied to front of screen to place bac on the Wall Mount. I think I will have to pay for this service again and that is the part that makes my rating a 3.

    This guy's are good , just want them to have more information about equipment will be better, i can do same they did (surf the web) but overall friendly
