The Best Buy Agents that mounted my TV were very efficient. I wanted a flash mount and the one that came with the TV did not afford that options. They explained and I purchased the right mount to complete the job. Great service!

The two installers, Brody and co-worker arrived on time and efficiently installed the wall bracket and TV. In addition, they helped set up the TV. They were efficient and very professional! Excellent service!

I was reminded the day before the scheduled visit they were coming. That morning, after loading their vehicles, I was called and given an estimate time of arrival. 20 minutes before they arrived, I was called and advised again. No surprises. The crew (2 men) moved a wall mounted 65 inch TV from one room to another. Then wall mounted a new 55 inch TV to the first wall. My crew was courteous, professional, helpful by providing advice and recommendations, friendly, and patient. The TVs are placed where we wanted, level, connected to all the devices that TVs are connected to. IOW totally operational when they were done. I will not have any reservations to call the Geek Squad for this type work.

The installation service for my tv was worth it. The people who came were very professional. They had to put a hole in my wall to run a cable through and did a very professional job in a short period of time. They answered all of my questions.

The two gentlemen who came and mounted my new televisions were knowledgeable and made suggestions while I made up my mind which helped me to decide the best spot to place them. Next year I think I'm going to purchase a 65 inch TV.

The geek squad was on time and did an amazing job mounting 2 tv’s. A 55 inch in the bedroom and 75 inch in the living room. The team was very professional and ensured and I would highly recommend them.

Bought the wall mount for the Samsung TV. This is great addition to our kids bedroom. It was perfectly wall mounted by geek squad and easy to grasp.

The geek squad first was on time. Second they had great customer service and were showing me step by step of what they were doing. They did not waste their time they knew what they needed to do and completed the installation and informed me before they left and showed me the finished product. The agents were able to use an existing mount i had at the house. They installed the Tzv over my fireplace with such professionalism i was delighted.

This product is amazing holds my 75 television and it can be pulled out from wall to face any area.

The technicians were very knowledgeable and mounted the TV on a full motion bracket. They also hung the sound bar right beneath the TV and hid all the wires. They also connected my DVR and DVD player to the TV and hid the wires.

The geek squad team that installed our new TV were excellent!! The Geek Squad agent who helped us with the purchase and then set up our install appt and THEN came and installed was Kirk ( that’s the name I remember ). He was absolutely the best- took time to do a thorough job. His partner on the job ( I think his name was Jayson) was also very good and willing to do the best job possible. They surpassed my expectations by a mile!

The guys that came were super!!! They were very good at their job!!! They suggested options and mounted my TV quickly and perfectly. I’m very picky about installations and they met my expectations!!!

I highly recommend Geek Squad Mounting. The techs were very nice and did a great job. I remember Jose was the main installer but his helper was also very good. Just be aware that Best Buy also has a contractor other than Geek Squad that they send some customers to. I would recommend waiting for Geek Squad to be available because they are friendly and do great work. Also, if you join the Total Tech Program, you get FREE installation for any NEW TV you buy while you are a member which is pretty cool imo. The agents mounted my tv easily and we truly appreciated how the agent used blue tape to show us where the tv would sit after they mounted it. He even centered it on the wall for us. This was awesome and we appreciated it so we could approve the position of our brand new tv before the agent would start drilling into our wall.
