Perfect wall mount

Bad response to problem with volume.

Installers/salespeople need to communicate.

The first installer said he needed a colleague to do it, the second (a couple) said that the mount we had was not good. We were instructed to purchase another one. The third installer said that that mount was not appropriate, and ordered yet another mount which we had to go to the store (long holiday lines) to return. The final process was ok, the gentleman really tried to help, but the end result is that the height still needs to be adjusted.
