The The service technicians provided a outstanding professional installation of my TV wall mount.

the team that came to my house was very nice and friendly. However, the service was not completed as advertised (cords were no hidden), and the functionality of the mount is not able to work because they didn't have the correct length bolts for mounting. I am pretty disappointed, and more so, since I gave a review on the service and have had no contact from anyone.

I like it and i woild ues them again. I will call them back out for the other tv

The television installation was fine and the installers did a good job. However, my experience during the twenty (20) days between the purchase date and the installation date was far from smooth. The television was purchased to replace a broken television at our condominium. During the 12-Sep purchase, I was given an initial installation date of 16-Sep and I provided the name and cell phone number for our tenant who is renting the condominium. I shared the date with our tenant and asked him to ensure he was at the condominium on that day. Unfortunately no one from Best Buy came that day. Nor did anyone from Best Buy call to advise that they were not able to make the appointment. No-show – no-call. I was able to schedule a new appointment for 20-Sep. Again No-show – no call from Best Buy. Finally, Best Buy arrived on 02-Oct to install the television. Again, the technicians who completed the installation did a good job, but the delays, missed appointments and overall scheduling issues made the process frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged. Your question at the end of this link, "Would you recommend Geek Squad service to a friend?" forces a Yes or No answer. I selected Yes only so I could submit this review. If free text was available for this question, I would add Yes, but only if I had a dedicated person who would be assigned to my installation and accountable for the success of the project. During my several chat sessions and live discussions with Best Buy, not one person representing Best Buy was accountable for the missed appointments and multiple execution failures.

Tech was prompt, courteous, helpful, and patiently answer all of our questions.

GS did accurate measurements to conceal cable box and cables in room behind the TV.

The agents were Wonderful! They explained our options and installed our tv with no trouble.

Installers were great. Had a little trouble with Harmony remote which required two follow on visits to fix. Overall the system has been very good.

The men who installed the tv were wonderful. They were efficient. It took a long time to get the tv delivered and have the installation coordinated through Best Buy.
