My TV was installed w/a 3rd party mounting
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV mounted, but disappointed a how many visits it took and then when all is said and done, the surround sound experience is not as it was with the former TV. The picture is fantastic and we now have far more viewing choices with Roku which was the primary goal. Not happy that I would hav to update my older analog equipment to HDMI to get 100% back on track with surround sound as I had previously.

Lil dissatisfied
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything was installed well, just wanted a sound bar installed under tv which goes right behind the brackets they installed to mount the TV ,but wanted to charge me another $50 just do that, lil rediculous would have taken 2 seconds extra now I get to take my 85" TV back down to install. On top of that had a window from 7am-1pm and didn't show til 2:30pm, Guess had issues on other job, 6 hr window is pretty large. First time using not particularly excited.
