    I wouldn’t trust myself trying to mount an expensive tv. These guys took the guesswork out of that.

    Installation crew did a great job, but.... they were supposed to be on site 7am to 1 pm (or something like that). They got to my house at 7 pm. Said service did not include hiding wires in wall. Also said they were at a installation for 42" for 4 hours. Not sure what took so long since dont hide wires. They installed wall mount and 85" tv in less than 45 minutes. Think they are over booked on installations!

    This is a tough one for me as I had quite an experience that lasted over a week but Best Buy ultimately came through in the end. After 3 Technician calls they finally got it right with the set-up. Without going in with details, overall the last technician was patient and knew what he was doing.

    the squad showed when scheduled and installed a TV mount in my den when I wanted. No problems and they cleaned up

    Installers came on time and did a reasonable job putting the TV up. But completely messed up all the connections, and were incredibly hesitant to do the hard wiring with a installation kit that I had purchased from Amazon even though the service specifies that they will use a wall mounting kit from anywhere. At the end of the day they advised I not use it, because I think they didn’t want to do the work. I did it myself and it works great.
