With the technology available today, we really want to take advantage of every new feature. The Team from Best Buy was worth every penny. Brought the tv, installed it perfectly, set all of the streaming services we have. Cleaned up after themselves, and wished us good watching.

The Technician arrived on time. Mounted my T.V. Quickly. Connected it to all my devices and my universal remote. He made sure I understood how to work everything and even gave me suggestions on how to dispose of my old T.V. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

very professional and quick. they knew what they were doing and communicated how they were setting up the TV. they even looked at the audio setup I have in my new house and made recommendations on how to make it work.

The Qeek Squad mounted my Full Motion Wall Mount, 65” TV, Sound Bar, and DVD player in about an hour and a half. Excellent job!

Installation team took my input making sure to create the experience I was seeking and were efficient in completing the project in timely manner. Kind of expensive but thier experience and know how was well worth it.

The agents mounted my tv easily and we truly appreciated how the agent used blue tape to show us where the tv would sit after they mounted it. He even centered it on the wall for us. This was awesome and we appreciated it so we could approve the position of our brand new tv before the agent would start drilling into our wall.

The tech that came was very knowledge and installed the TV to our satisfaction. Now only did he install it he educated us son the various features and how to use him. Would definitely use the service next time.

The Greek Squad arrived within the window of time promised. Attached my new television to the new wall mount, set up the new television, set up the new remote and took the time to show me how it worked and showed me the new features of the new television. They also cleaned up the work area!

The installer (Ethan) was excellent. Helpful and patient. However, the product (Samsung 85” Class QN90D Series Neo QLED Smart Tizen TV) has significant problems and I cannot get anyone out to replace it. Best Buy customer service has not been helpful.
