Average install, could have been better

We paid more than 400$ to get the TV and soundbar installed with the in-wall kit. Not a great install I can still see wires everywhere, will request not to use this specific installation company the next time I need an install

Three guys and a truck!

Worst Service EVER!!!!!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had Best Buy Deliver a tv and set it up 3 weeks ago and the crew was amazing, patient, detailed and caring. They were Geek Squad. Based on that I booked a 2nd tv installation. Well night and day!!! They hung tv and refused to do anything more. They said they only had to "install" - i pointed out they were to also set up tv and connect it and that the cable box wasn't working with tv and they said "not our responsibility" . ummm, per website service includes that. The previous folks set everything up and explained. Is this due to Best Buy outsourcing? wasn't geek squad but DUD service aka NO SERVICE and they didn't clean up after themselves. If this is what Best Buy plans to offer moving forward, stay far far far away unless you want to do all the services that you paid for to have them do.
