    Had them install a 65" tv. They were courteous, used a preexisting mount and cleaned up after themselves. Worth it if you have total tech support

    They did not connect the Ethernet cable that was on old tv to new one. Now , instead of contractor, the geek squad comming to correct that and change out hdmi cables to4k. I had cables but the contractor kept comming up with reasons not up change out the 11 year old hdmi to the new ones I had bought. J called Best Buy and they have agreed to have geek squad to come out and make things rightfully

    I really didn’t appreciate that he showed up with no help to move the old TV and install the other on the wall. As a result, I had to assist. In my view you owe me half of my money back for labor.
