    they came in was quick cleaned up after themselves amd explained how to take the TVs off if I move or if i decide to get a bigger TV.

    While the installers did a great job mounting the TV, one of the installers didn’t want to finish the process of setting the tv up which I believe is part of the $249.99 we paid for. I have already contacted Best Buy installing dept regarding this as I don’t feel we got the complete service that was paid for.
