I was skeptical about using geek squad, but my experience was very smooth at least. My agent mounted easily and installed fast. Might be a bit pricey, but was worth it. I would recommend still.

The team that came to my house knew exactly what they were doing. TV placement required a new mount, which fortunately, they had on the truck. They mounted the new mechanism after measuring and adjusting carefully so the placement was just right. They vacuumed up the mess from drilling, took away the massive box and mountain of packing material, and left everything working properly. The walked me through the new controls so I was able to enjoy my new TV right away. I'm a happy customer!

Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Took the time to set everything up after the wall mount and even went over all the features.

Awesome set up after horrible delivery experience. The delivery team did a no -show 2 weekends in a row. I retuned all of the accessories to the store to cancel tne order. The manager, Lily, Jessica S. ( my salesperson) and the installers ( Ramon and Khalik) turned the whole situation around and saved this sale. No one should have to cancel the order to get the item delivered. There is a lot left to be desired with delivery. It ended well due to the team I mentioned earlier. Geek squad surveyed our request in person. Our job wasn't easy as it involved penetrating tile wall. A risk of fracturing beyond the installation point was high given the tools, the weight of what would be hung up (a 65" tv mount + the unit iteself). After thorough consultation, the crew precisely conducted the install. It was done as perfectly as can be. The work has held up through July 2020 and zero problems have been experienced. This crew exercised the highest care. They know their job and execute it with the best of them. I recommend Geek Squad for home installation of your purchased items from Best Buy.

the two gentleman that showed up were courteous as well as very determined to make sure my TV (85 inch) was secured the best it could be for drywall. There was no way I could have done that alone. They originally had the mount mounted with screws but after they decided to change to anchors. I am extremely happy with their quality.

The Rep that installed our tv on August 5, 2023 was great! He was very professional yet friendly! Was able to set everything up with ease! We were a little nervous because it wasn't a Geek Squad rep, but I would highly recommend him again to do an install! We wanted the tv installed sooner than the Geek Squad was available. I think his name was William. Thanks for a great job!!

We had Geek Squad install our TV and a new soundbar. Louis and Jeremy arrived on time and set to work. They both put on booties to protect the carpet and wore masks to protect from Covid. They worked quietly and quickly and got everything installed. It was a professional installation, with everything working as expected. They showed me how to operate the soundbar and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond by helping us with another TV mount. We will definitely contact Geek Squad for any installation needs in the future. I would ask for Jenny and Louis again as well.

They were very professional and friendly. They were in and out. They carefully took my TV off the dresser and hung it up perfectly.

Installation was very fast and professional My only complaint is that I was charged an additional $40 cash for a cable. The TV came with its own cable.

The Geek Squad Agents arrived on time, went right to work and mounted my large screen television on the wall. It's nice when you hire people like these young men, who actually know how to do their job and do it well. I was impressed with the speed in which they got this done. They mounted the TV right where I had asked them to, but not being quite moved in with my furniture I wish that I had marked the spot one foot to the right--that's on me. The one thing they didn't do was mount the sound bar, and I didn't notice that until they left, but they're schedule to come back and do that.

The two men who installed my TV were friendly, professional, and quick. They obviously knew what they were doing and had everything they needed with them.

The team did a great job, arrived on time and installed the mount easily. Weren't able to move the outlet due to where we had the tv mounted, but they explained why and helped us return the outlet kits that we had purchased

The installer was very professional, knowledgeable, and quick. He also came a little earlier than my scheduled appointment.

The agents set up the wall mount and 75 inch TV . and the sound bar . they set up all of our gaming , Netflix ,Disney plus and Amazon movies. and showed us how to get to and work everything on the TV. they were very professional.

The agent had to wait for 3 hours for the delivery truck to bring the tv, of which he waited patiently for the truck. Once the tv did arrive he had to deal with it for another hour and half before we found out that at&t had disabled the cable box. Of which he skillfully connected it and was on his way. This young man is definitely an asset to your company.

This is the second time in two weeks I have purchased the Premium Mounting Service through Best Buy and would highly recommend!!! These guys are fantastic! In fact, from the time of purchase until completion of instal the entire process is stress free and painless which is exactly how we like it! My husband and I are busy and my husband stresses over jobs like this! It’s not worth us doing it ourselves and Best Buy does it on your schedule and is neat, quick and super professional! Both times, the installers went above and beyond to ensure we were entirely pleased with the job! This is the way to go for every electronic and appliance install! Thanks for the option Best Buy!!

The Geek Squad installer did an excellent and neat job installing my 55” TV set. Everything plumb, level, and centered. He answered my questions and asked me questions.
