Disappointed. The installers were not from Geek Squad. The schedule was from 7am - 1 pm. The window was too long and I did not hear from anyone so I called multiple times to get a better idea of when they were coming towards the end of that window and sat on hold for over 15 minutes twice. The installers finally called at 1:10 to tell me they were running late and were surprised that I was not happy with their explanation that “it’s only a few minutes after 1.” They arrived in a minivan with out of state plates, and when they saw that I had a sound bar and bracket purchased from Best Buy at the same time as the Tv they said that is not on the work order and started playing with his phone like he was contacting Best Buy. I asked what Best Buy said and the installer said they are not able to connect with Best Buy but would do it if I paid cash. Otherwise they were not doing the install. The tv is still on the wall so I guess I should be grateful but either the TV or the sound bar are crooked. I chose Best Buy because of geek squad and ordered geek squad Installation but received subpar service from subcontractors.

They are always great and treated my parents awesome. I like how they call head to make sure your home.

I purchased a tv install with my TV. After a month or so, I decided I didnt like the placement of the tv on the wall. A friend helped me remove the tv to then reinstall it. When we went to remove the tv mount we found that the tv was not correctly installed to begin with. The mount was only partially placed in the studs and the wall was damaged beyond the holes as it appeared the placed the bolts then forced the bracket/bolts to move creating a hole that appeared in the shape of a line near all four bolts. In other words not only was it not properly in the studs but the integrity of the drywall was also damaged. I am fortunate that the 70 inch tv did not fall off the wall. Sadly I was not aware upon installation and even tipped the two who came to install it. Not only am I out the cost of the poor install but also that tip for work that was not correctly done. I'm am very lucky that I decided I didnt like where the tv was at and decided to move it or the outcome may have been costly and dangerous.

Very unprofessional for a simple TV mount and installation. Installer said I paid too much for the frame TV and that they’re pretty much worthless just for the art feature. I didn’t really care for his opinion and they complained and swore the whole time they were there. I will never use the install services again. Took him forever to get it done and I should’ve done it myself.
