My opinion worth the money to have someone deliver and set up. They take the box away when completed.

The agents mounted my TV and program thebto for use!

Tv is a little to high, guys felt like they were rushing the job

The mounting of both TVs was great but I paid for them to hide the wires and installer did not bring the package that I paid for so now I have wires hanging and I’ll have to do that myself even though I paid Best Buy to do it, I finally received a refund for that but Best Buy did a terrible job on the communication between the Customer Service department where I ordered everything and the Installer.

Geek Squad outsourced to a 3rd party vender that scheduled me for a time between 7am and 7pm then said they would be there between 1:30pm and 4:30pm. Didn’t show up until around 5:30pm and had no clue how to setup a TV. Had to show them where the power plug went. Called best but to ensure a geek squad member could come and fix my issues and they again outsourced to the same 3rd party company. I had to drive to the store a speak with the GM to try and get things fixed.

the guys were good the only thing was that I had to put the mount up myself they wouldn't put it up where and how I wanted it done

I ordered on line and I picked the products in the store. Great Customer Service

You neglected to hook up my external antenna which I mentioned was my source of broadcast TV. I can not remove the TV myself, and now I am stuck watching only streaming channels. Also, I expected wires to be hidden, as promised by the sales person. That did not happen at all. Other than that, the installation was done properly.

Teck Kevin was great. Unfortunately my 12/23 delivery/install didn't happen and the company didn't even notify me that they weren't coming. I had to call Best Buy who then had to transfer me to the local install company where I had to hold on for over 40 minutes only to find out that the tech was sick and not coming. Really??? Don't even notify me??? They did send a different tech on 12/24.

The Geek Squad mounted our 65" tv to our preferences. Very carefully performed measurements.

It wasn’t easy, but they didn’t give up till til the TV was mounted perfectly!
