Was given a price to dismount my tv from one household and move it to another one a stone’s throw away. I was aware there would be additional costs and was fine with that. When the person in store gave me the price, it seemed cheap considering the two charges. I verified the cost with him that the charge was for both dismounting and mounting it in the new place and he confirmed all I would be responsible for was transporting it to the new place which I was fine with. The day before they were scheduled to come and perform their service, the technician called me to confirm the appointment and told me he would only be dismounting the tv which was the only thing I paid for. I told him that I thought something was off talking to the guy who set the appointment and asked what it would cost to mount it in the new place to which he replied I would have to reschedule for it all. I had tried reaching out to the store where I set up the appointment to no avail so after work I drove there and canceled everything. Fortunately, i had someone else who was willing to help me and did a great job with handling everything, and that alone has convinced me to never use this service again.

Its was quick and they were very clean. They were friendly and answered any question I had.

Took forever to get scheduled. When they came, they: (a) charged to move the TV mount, despite no forewarning this was a possibility; (b) did not verify that the system worked with the existing A/V receiver (which needed to be replaced, and which I had to do myself. Very disappointing.

The Geek Squad mounted my new 85" TV carefully and efficiently.
