No good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We were told by the Best Buy associate who booked the install that Geek Squad was not available on weekends. So we had to choose a weekday and take time off of work. We were told the installer would be there at a certain time early morning and then the time was switched to later in the day. During phone calls with the technician the installer was rude and dismissive. He also informed us that we should be there and why didn't we choose a weekend if we were not available. (Thankfully, my father-in-law agreed to be present for the install.) However, the sales associate told us at the time of purchase that weekends were not an option. The installer also drilled screws through the medicine cabinet and laundry chute, on the opposite wall causing damage. I should have saved myself the headache and $250.00. I have to reinstall now anyway as it was not in the correct place.
