The agents hooked up my xfinity box and my DVD player to the new tv. The assured me it was all controllable from the universal remote. Unfortunately I can’t control the DVD player with it at all. Have to have the cabinet open and use the DVD player remote. I’d like this fixed please!

The team of Mike and Mike were prompt in keep us notified of their arrival window and arrived on time. They mounted the TV as required. Where I was not happy with the service was that they did not connect my SONOS sound bar to the TV, claiming that the HDMI cable was too short and that the hole in the wall was too small to pass the cables through. They did not attempt it even once and did not try to find an alternative resolution to the situation. Then Mike got a call and he went outside to take the call, while the other Mike cleaned up the stuff and removed the box etc. They never gave us a demo of the TV, which I was expecting, they were in a hurry to just go to their next job. After they left, me and my son just took 15 minutes to use the same HDMI cable which they had claimed to be too short, and it was not too difficult to pass the cable through the ‘small’ hole in the wall. I think installers should come with a mindset that when they are charging something like $200 for an installation, they should do a job according to customer’s needs, here I missed that mindset completely.

Tv is well mounted and properly Setup and working!

This product has up and down as well as side to side motion and works perfectly with my Sony 55” TV.

The tech did not re install my sound bar correctly. They charged me extra to deal with it, but it wasn’t installed back correctly. I believe there’s a connection loose. I have been trying to call the store and get someone to come back and professionally install it back correctly. I can’t get a hold of someone.
