deeply regret/ extra charge

Two installers came and told me the wall mount I had already purchased (based on their recommendation) wasn’t suitable for my condo. They charged me an extra $170 for a different bracket on the spot. Then they said my wall was concrete and demanded another $130 for that. In total, they charged me over $300 in additional fees, on top of the installation cost I had already paid earlier. This whole experience felt unfair and frustrating. There was no clear communication about these hidden charges beforehand. I absolutely do NOT recommend using Best Buy for installation services—never again!

This Geek squad did an fair job at best

We told the two installers where we wanted it installed and they were 18 inches to high the first time. They moved it 2 more time and it still is about 6 inches to high. They did not listen. We have a sonus sound bar coming that was back ordered and that will not fit with how it was mounted.
