    Geek squad came in and mounted the tv and connected all cable and game wires.

    I deeply regret choosing Best Buy’s service for my TV installation. Two installers came and told me the wall mount I had already purchased (based on their recommendation) wasn’t suitable for my condo. They charged me an extra $170 for a different bracket on the spot. Then they said my wall was concrete and demanded another $130 for that. In total, they charged me over $300 in additional fees, on top of the installation cost I had already paid earlier. This whole experience felt unfair and frustrating. There was no clear communication about these hidden charges beforehand. I absolutely do NOT recommend using Best Buy for installation services—never again!

    Don’t just hang your TV, hang it right. Spend the extra to get a quality mount. Nobody sees it, but that doesn’t mean it’s not important.
