Late and unequipped

First, the installation technician arrived significantly later than scheduled, There was no notification that the appointment was delayed, nor any sense of concern when I called to inquire/complain. The BestBuy representative seemed to think it completely appropriate for me to wait 8 hours past the 'scheduled' arrival time. Then, once the installation technician arrived, he did not have the required equipment to complete the installation I had ordered/paid for.
