The picture and sound is so much better than I expected or hoped for. Made it so satisfying to go back and watch many of my favorite films — regardless of how recent my last viewings were. The Geek Squad installers were amazing really nice and professional they did an amazing job wall mounting my new LG G2 77 inch Oled the cables are nice and hidden they even cleaned the finger prints off the TV when they were done they also cleaned up the home theater room when they were done they also go over everything with you and make sure you know how to work it before they leave i couldn't be more happy thank you Geek Squad for doing a awesome job.

The Agents mounted my TV in less than 30 minutes. Very professional and very clean install.

We bought a 65” TV and had it delivered. We also had an old and extremely heavy 50” TV that had to be taken off of its mount so the 65” could be mounted. The 2 Geek Squad guys were great in completing all tasks. There were no complaints. They were also very thorough in showing us how to use our new TV. It was a pleasant and fairly quick experience. Geek Squad was magnificent.

The Geek squad did a great job mounting my new tv and connecting it to my cable and game system also they connected my sound bar to it.The geek squad was courteous and explained everything perfectly well

The agents installed our TV and connected it to our existing cable box and DVD player. This was a 75 inch TV, and we had them mount it to the wall. They were done pretty quickly. Make sure if you purchase another device at the same time, such as a new soundbar, you need to pay an additional fee to have the new sound bar installed with the TV. I thought I had, but I must have overlooked it at checkout. Geek Squad has aways been very professional, and they take away the empty boxes for you if you want.

This was my first time utilizing this service and it was worth every penny. The Agents were extremely professional and right on time. They did a fantastic job mounting and securing both of my televisions. In addition, they went out of their way to make sure my job was done that day even though one of the televisions had been damaged prior to the arrival at my home. They secured a replacement, put it on hold, went to pick it up, transported it back to my home, and had it installed that same afternoon. They made certain that everything was functioning properly and that I was satisfied before they departed.

Was contemplating whether to use Geek Squad for installation but they did an excellent job. Their main concern is making sure the tv is placed perfectly for you, and they are quick and professional. Highly recommended.

These guys were awesome, they did such a great job mounting the 75inch tv and answering all my stupid questions. They even brought a sound bar mount, which I did not order, so the bar could be attached to the screen and not the wall, looks so much better. I want to give each of them a 50 dollar tip. Please charge my credit card 100 dollars and give me a heads up when they have been given the tip.
