Great and knowledgeable service through the Geek Squad subcontractor. Had to install on a brick wall. Nice work.

Great service with best buy GEEK SQUAD. Hung our tv in our family room. Knew exactly what they were doing. Perfect height. They were so polite and fabulous to work with.

The Geek Squad did an incredible job. My installation crew was headed up by a gentleman named Gauge. Ask for him if you’re using the geek squad. Talk about professionalism he had me sit in my chair and adjusted the TV to my optimal viewing height. He then walked me through the remote control and features of the TV. My pet peeve with installers is the mess they leave behind. These guys had everything cleaned up and It looked like they were never there. Perfect job.

The Geek squad team was on time, professional, and courteous. They were careful not to make any mess and, they also wipe down the TV to remove any finger prints after it was installed. This was a surprising and impressive improvement over BEST BUY’s appliance delivery and installations which are done so very poorly by Lone Star. I have nothing really good to say about them.

The agents mounted tv and connected to all devices. Took living room tv to bedroom and mounted to wall. Explained what to do and said if there were any problems call them. Have not had anything go wrong. Agents were very professional and courteous. Would recommend geek squad to anyone.

Called with updates on arrival. Easy, quick professional install. Knowledgeable, helpful with information on the TV, how to setup everything, couldn't have been any better.

Agents installed my tv with super precission and i was happy to get advice from them after my first wall mount could not fit.

Well, the 1st team were nice guys but they failed to properly secure the TV to the preexisting wall brace. It should have been easy! The TV fell forward and down about an inch a few hours after the 1st team left. Trying to get help over the phone or online was “the worst experience”!!! Best Buy must correct their terrible phone system and l wasted my time trying to work with the online tech located somewhere in another country! She was nice but it doesn’t work! I had to wait until the next morning to go into the store and talk to a manager. She was the right person to get the 2nd Geek team to the house for the correct installation and have the TV back up and properly installed. Luckily no one got hurt!

I had Geek Squad hand 3 55” TVs. They were efficient and asked all the right questions to deliver exactly what I need. The TVs look great and the wall mounts function just the way I wanted.

The Technician arrived on time. Mounted my T.V. Quickly. Connected it to all my devices and my universal remote. He made sure I understood how to work everything and even gave me suggestions on how to dispose of my old T.V. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

The Technicians were amazingly professional. They listened attentively to my concerns both positive and negative. They addressed my concerns. They explained exactly what they were able to do and how that would look. They also ask me to let them know if I was not satisfied. They did not disappoint me. They did a great job.

The installation crew installed the wall mount bracket and the 75 inch tv professionally and setup the overall system. A very good experience.

Quick and excellent service! I'm so glad we hired Geek Squad to wall mount our TV as they were professional, quick, and accurate in what they did! I will hire them the next time I need anything like this done - it saved a fight between my husband and myself and a considerable amount of time and struggle for us to attempt to do it ourselves!

Excellent service. These guys were knowledgeable and friendly. They made sure I was happy. They cleaned up and left no mess.

Rodney and his crew were awesome. They arrived at my home on 08/22/25, to complete an install and went right to work. Once the tv mount was installed and the tv put in place - I was brief on how to setup the account and the guys were out. My daughter loves her new set. Great job guys!

Team kept me informed of their schedule and expected delivery time. They arrived on time. They were very friendly and very professional. They worked quickly with confidence and obvious experience. They answered all questions and demonstrated how to operate the TV and wall mount. They cleaned up afterwards and carried boxes and trash with them.

I wasn't able to make it home in time, but they arrived while my wife was here. She complemented their professionalism and they did a good job installing. Note: They installed our 85" TCL above a massive antique display stand - flawless execution. And they did it while relating to the family and being professional.

I originally had some trepidation's with the Geek Squad installation having dealt with them about 15 years ago and had a bad experience. However, this experience was wonderful. Great communication, excellent workmanship and a good knowledge of the unit they were installing. The one small item was that they were limited in time. My understanding is that if the Geek Squad is not available, you will get a 3rd party and that could be problematic.
