    My recent TV install was apparently outsourced to a 3rd party who arrived late in a rental van and no uniform. There was only one person to mount a 65” TV which resulted in me having to help carry and lift the TV to mount it. My previous experiences with actual geek squad employees was great.

    Keith who delivered and installed was amazing. The Best Buy customer service could not have been worse via plus call center and Mid Rivers MO store. Carl the manager told me the problems with my delivery was because “I’m not the first person or last who will have my experience as well he threatened to return my 3k purchase rather than help. Over 8k spent in that store and that is how I was treated. Done as a customer, plus member and CC holder (will cancel plus membership and payoff and cancel CC. Nobody cared so why would i continue to be a customer.
