    The agent mounted My TV but the mount was defected. Instead of the technician taking the mount back. He still mounted the TV on a defected device. Here told me to call the store myself to schedule another appointment for a different tech to bring back a piece that could fix the mount. I felt that was a convenience for me and the technician should have took care of the issue.

    The team was late to our appointment time. Once they arrived, they quickly installed the new TV. They were very professional.
