    Very disappointed they were supposed to call the day before they did not they were all supposed to call the correct phone number the date of after telling multiple people I Geek Squad of the new phone number to call I found out the scheduled time was 12 to 1 But they did not show up nor did they call till 2:45 and then they were there until after 430

    TV looks great, only problem was with the HDMI cord. Was unable to get the 4K cord threaded through all the wires behind the wall.
