Excellent job, they coming on time and very professional

I gave this one star because the service is a total ripoff! The technician was very honest, neat, and helpful. But I blame the storefront managers on not being specific with this service. I was told that this service includes wire concealment service, and I just have to pay for the $150 power management box which I feel like is overpriced. Technician installed my wall mount, but I was told that this type of service doesn’t put in perspective the tim management since he had other appts that day. I ended up hiring an independent business to do a wire concealment and power management service. Which ended up being way cheaper by a $120 which I could’ve saved, and wish I never paid for best buy’s Ripoff service.

Geek squad is the best, well worth the money. Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

I am a Beat Buy Total Member, and as such have had free delivery and installation of items purchased at Best Buy. However, Best Buy ended free installation for everyone. This is obviously a money grab for the company. The only thing keeping me from dripping my Total membership isnthat i do get a second year on the warranty, but even with that, there is a significant charge just to come to my house. I have to think long and hard as to whether this membership is worth the money.

Service was satisfactory as they never made an attempt to fully install the cables through the wall to the power outlet. I have had much better then this team installing TV's and appliances.
