The installers were professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and quickly had the TV unpacked and mounted. They cleaned up after themselves and followed all Covid protocols.

Works great! Holds my TV which is at the top of the square inch range. Love it! The Geek Squad put everything up where I wanted it and they did it very professionally!

The two gentlemen who installed my TV mount were both friendly and professional. They completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. They made sure the TV was perfectly level, neatly concealed all the cords, and even plugged everything back in to test it before heading out to their next appointment. I really appreciated the attention to detail and smooth service from start to finish.

First the crew that arrived was terrific. I’d give them a 5plus. I dropped the rating because Best Buy’s communications of their arrival time was beyond awful. They were late but no updates were provided or apparently even possible. Some time after the installation occurred I got a reminder of the original scheduled time. Great setup experience. The Best Buy squad that came into our home to install and mount our TV was great. They were professional and clean and picked everything up when done. They even hooked up our remote and showed us how to use everything. They were very professional and fast!
