The intent was to have my existing TV and TV mount installed in a way that would have no wires showing. The product they sold me and the accompanying installation were perfect. Looks totally built-in.

This service was great! I didn't expect them to bring a folding table but it was needed for a 100" tv. The installers were terrific and very helpful in deciding which mount, I purchaed 2, to use. Thank you for this service being included in the gigantic tv.

Premium TV Mounting (TV Connect and Setup Included) made the whole installation a breeze. The Geek Squad tech was prompt, courteous, Cleaned up after himself and removed the old CRT tv and made things great.

The team installed the TV—mounting it on the wall efficiently and quickly. They were extremely helpful in showing us how things were hooked up and how to troubleshoot any potential issues (there have been none!). Overall worth the price and no stress and would do it again.

Geek Squad came out and mounted our new tv. I suppose it wouldn’t be impossible to mount and set up a 75” tv yourself. The real issue is getting it to the house. Several times I’ve been at Best Buy and have seen someone trying to cram a big screen into their personal vehicle. They brought it in, set it up and took all the packing materials with them. They were very professional and fast. Answered all my questions and I couldn’t be happier with their service. I highly recommend utilizing this service and like with most delivery services...don’t forget to tip.

Agents did a fantastic job mounting my 77in LG OLED TV. They were extremely friendly and professional and even helped move some other items in the way prior to installation.

The agents set up the wall mount and 75 inch TV . and the sound bar . they set up all of our gaming , Netflix ,Disney plus and Amazon movies. and showed us how to get to and work everything on the TV. they were very professional.

I was skeptical about using geek squad, but my experience was very smooth at least. My agent mounted easily and installed fast. Might be a bit pricey, but was worth it. I would recommend still.

The agents did a meticulous job mounting my new TV. It was difficult because they needed to relocate the existing mount so as not to block my sliding glass windows. They routed all the wires very cleanly and professionally and they cleaned up after themselves. I am completely satisfied.

Rich and Sebastian provided excellent service; including going back to the store to pick up another TV when we found out the screen on the first one they brought out was cracked. They took down the old TV, installed the new TV and ran through how the menu sytem worked for this TV.

Awesome set up after horrible delivery experience. The delivery team did a no -show 2 weekends in a row. I retuned all of the accessories to the store to cancel tne order. The manager, Lily, Jessica S. ( my salesperson) and the installers ( Ramon and Khalik) turned the whole situation around and saved this sale. No one should have to cancel the order to get the item delivered. There is a lot left to be desired with delivery. It ended well due to the team I mentioned earlier. Best Buy did a fabulous job of setting up our new 65” Sony Bravia. We could not be happier with the friendly professional service provided by the installers.

The Geek Squad installer did an excellent and neat job installing my 55” TV set. Everything plumb, level, and centered. He answered my questions and asked me questions.

Ben is a very professional, prompt and polite. On both service installations, he has done a great job and always cleans up before leaving the service area. Thanks Geek Squad!
