    Bought the premium installation package, which included having all wires “in the wall” and not visible on the outside. Even after reiterating that I wanted all wires “in the wall”, they were left exposed and visible, although neatly dressed. Not completely satisfied.

  • Many Rules Almost Impossible for Agent to Mount

    Agent was unable to mount TV due to a list of rules/ requirements. The amount of rules/ requirements that my home or wall must meet would leave almost all homes disqualified. I hired someone else that installed my television in 5 minutes. Don't waste your time, you will be disappointed.
