Installers were very friendly and installed our new tv's quickly.

The Geek squad installed my TV on time and efficiently.

They did a very good job at hanging the television. Would recommend.

Scheduled a home install to mount a tv. They stated to block off a Saturday from 7am to 7pm for installers to arrive. The night before, I get an email stating schedule window is 2pm-6pm. They still arrive at 12pm, before the scheduled time. I told them where to mount the tv. They didn't mount it in the correct spot. When I told them where I said I wanted it, they said they couldn't fix it because they had to leave, and that I would have to schedule a redo install. Even though the install only took 20 minutes, they wanted me to wait another week, have to block off another 12 hour day for them to arrive, when they did the job wrong. And after they left, I then noticed the huge mess they left, plastic and garbage everywhere, and the screws for the legs of the tv they removed were missing. I contacted the geek squad customer support right after they left, but all they did was apologize an say they would fix it, but then was told to wait 24 hours. I contacted back the next day after 24 hours, explained everything again, and was told to wait another 24 hours. Two days later, I contacted the geek squad again in the chat and was on hold for 20 minutes before being disconnected. I've never had such terrible customer service from Best Buy before. I just wish I had gotten the two installer's names to report.

The installation was great. Very professional. My 85 in tv is still in retail mode and cannot use all the features. I was given the wrong remote and was told by the geek squad that they would get one ordered and finish install. No communication since. Feel forgotten.

Even though we have a contract with Geek Squad, the people who came to our home to install the new TV kept wanting more money for things that were supposed to be covered under the contract. They kept using our ladder instead of bringing one in from their truck. We had to have them back to correct their problem on 2 different occasions & I finally had to talk with the outside supervisor of the men. Also took pictures of the problem & showed them to Store Manager & Geek Squad Manager (who were very helpful in getting the problem taken care of). I feel if this happened to us, there are probably others who haven't said anything about it too. The store Geek Squad personnel are great, but I wouldn't want to use the installers again.
