    The installation was great. Very professional. My 85 in tv is still in retail mode and cannot use all the features. I was given the wrong remote and was told by the geek squad that they would get one ordered and finish install. No communication since. Feel forgotten.

    Initial install was good. I had serious issues with these people with lack of response from one of the technicians after a follow up visit. Numerous calls to customer service, an no one seemed to be helpful. Finally I got through to someone who actually knew how to handle issue. I would never go with these people again.
