Very frustrating experience. While our initial experience with Kevin, our installer seemed very positive--he and his partner were very professional and helpful--our follow-up communications have been completely unsatisfactory. Upon setting up the tv, he noticed 3 missing pixels and promised to 'swap it out' either later that day (1/26) or by the next week (2/1), which was fine with us. Since he didn't come back that day, we expected a return appointment on the 1st of February. We waited, but again no service. I called the Geek Squad line and scheduled a swap out and install, which was to be today, 2/5. Apparently the representative did not understand the situation, because the Best Buy serviceman called today to say I would need to reschedule since he did not install tvs, but only delivered and picked up. I spoke to 3 Geek Squad reps today--please check the records--and either got disconnected, or made conclliatory comments, but without offering a reasonable delivery and install of a replacement tv. I also spoke to two supervisors, the first also expressed 'complete understanding' of my situation, but when I requested an earlier install date than he was offering, he could not provide one. (I requested tomorrow, 2/6, which I felt was fair due to the miscommunication.) He mentioned Thursday or Friday, 2/8 or 2/9. Two follow-up texts from Best Buy gave conflicting dates for appointments, one for 2/8 and the other 2/16. What's happening here? What are you willing to do to keep my customer loyalty? What can you do for me? I would like immediate delivery and installation of the replacement tv, not 2/16. I await your response.

Great product as well as the mounting services provided by Geek Squad.

The installers were nice, but do to existing infrastructure of the home were unable to provide the service. If they would have done the pre-inspection that was scheduled this would have been addressed before their arrival. While disappointing they did unbox the product and remove a significant portion of the cost for the delivery.

Best job ever!! These are true professionals in every way.
