    Not sure why they charge more for install over fireplace. Drywall and studs but they looked like it was rocket science.

    I have mounted TVs in the last and always found it to be time consuming. I am glad Best Buy offers this service.

    Too much money for a job that was not well done. The technicians were friendly and professional but did not want to do anything to make that wires or television look nice on my wall. I paid extra money for premium wall mounting and got nothing for the money I spent.

    Horrid experience, First crew couldn't even find the studs in the wall (i later found them w/ a magnet) & was unable to mount the TV (it is quite large). 2nd crew sent to us couldn't mount the TV either but at least were knowledgeable & able to identify the issue (non-traditional metal studs). To add insult to injury I have called several times for a refund over the past several months and still haven't received it. So i continue to spend large amounts of time trying to get my refund. DO NOT USE GEEK SQUAD!!
