Not the best experience...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased a Samsung TV end of October 2021, but come to find out the TV was defective. I called the issue into Best Buy in December and they referred me to Samsung. Samsung had a Technician come and inspect the TV and they too agreed the TV was defective. It took around 2 weeks after that to get an approval from Samsung for a replacement TV. An appointment with Geek Squad to replace the TV was scheduled and I was asked to wait on a Saturday from 1-8pm. The Technician never showed up, didn't call or text nor did they send an email. I called for an update and although the person who helped me was very apologetic, it took another 1-2 weeks to reschedule and get a new TV. Altogether it took about 2 months to finally get a replacement. Overall, we did not have a positive experience this time around.
