TV Mount does not hold over goes forward

It seems like its needs to be tightened. The tech said that was as tight as it goes. I'm concerned that it will fall and would like someone to come out to adjust or provide the correct mount to hold a 75" TV correctly.

Quick setup

I had alot questions but they weren't very helpful. It seemed like they just wanted to hurry it up and leave. They had already placed my extra boots and spacers in there carry along bag. I figured I paid for the mount and the hardware that was included in it. That was the only issue I had. Otherwise, they were okay.
