Disappointing.

The technician installed the mount and TV fairly quickly, but could not connect the TV to my existing stereo components, Bose surround sound system and universal remote. I was disappointed and frustrated.

A few inches to low

Arrived very late. Gave limited instruction.

Installation went smoothly and he removed the old tv and packaging. However, the instructions were little more than how to turn it on. There was no intro to how to access info or adjustments. We were left to our own efforts to navigate through the system.

Delivery would program everything we had as far as streaming and put it on the new tv. He made it sound like every streaming setvice channel we had, had to be re-programmed to new tv. It took the delivery guy 2 minutes. All he had to do was program the remote control to the new tv. Sales lied to us and cost us 250.00 for that. Absolutely ridiculous!
