The technician's name whom mounted our televisions is Jeff Hollandsworth. He did a phenomenal job. Not only did he mount the televisions perfectly but gave me a very informative block of instructions on making older gaming system compatible with them. He also sent some connectors he's saved to connect my Dreamcast. He is an awesome technician.

I bought two units of this service to mount the Sony X950H 65" (XBR65X950H) in the living room and the Sony X950 55" (XBR55X950H) in the master bedroom, both on the Sanus premium series swivel TV wall mount (BLF328-B1). The same technician completed the installation of both in less than 2.5 to 3 hours and was professional, friendly, and observing prescribed covid safety measures; the installation took place in early August 2020 in Anaheim, California. I am thinking about getting a third TV for the third floor and would consider using this premium TV mounting service again.

The team that came to mount our new tv was very polite and knowledgeable. The original mount I purchased did not work so they found me one that would work better so I could order it and reschedule the appointment. Everything worked on the return appointment. We are very pleased with the new tv and the new mounting system.

I bought an 85” and a 65” Samsung 4K Smart TVs, plus brackets to install on wall. The Geek Squad arrived and took care of everything. I couldn’t have been easier. Love the TVs and love the top-notch Geek Squad service!!!

Fabulous work, very knowledgable. TV was installed on wall quickly and all stations were programed, and then we were taught how to access channels.

I am a person who never leaves a good review. I occasionally leave bad reviews if my experience was particularly unpleasant. So, having said this, that I deliberately take my precious weeknight time to write a review definitely shows how impressed I am. Travis called ahead to give me a heads-up on his arrival time. His voice was pleasant and his attitude even on the phone was very respectful. He arrived at our house and accommodated my particular wish. He was very respectful and careful about my things and my house in general. He was even holding his work bag for a few minutes until a towel was laid on the floor so he wouldn't scratch my wood floor. And this was his idea! I know I know exactly what I want, and can be somewhat particular about my requests. I expressed how I liked my TV to be installed and also how a certain area should be not blocked, and at what height, etc. When he anticipated that a certain aspect of my request could not exactly happen due to the mount I chose, he patiently and thoroughly explained the structural limit of the mount back and the alternative area (just a few inches away from what I had originally in mind). I think I had him repeat a few times, for mechanic stuff is not my strong suit. All through this, he was ever so pleasant to work with. I changed my mind after he marked with a tape about the installation location. He didn't mind one bit, and even gave me a very good suggestion on how it is best when our eyes fall at the 2/3 of the bottom of the TV screen. That was very helpful when I was indecisive. He completed the installation and checked if I was happy with it, and when I asked if he could also install cable line hiding trim molding, despite his tight schedule, he installed that one, as well for me. His craftsmanship of that installation was BEAUTIFUL! He also connected my TV to the internet and walked through with me on all the useful tips on how to enjoy my Android TV with my google account, You tube, etc. I learned one very important thing of connecting my phone to the TV, so I can watch from TV what I was watching on my cell phone. My husband and I LOVE this function we didn't know about. From the beginning to the end, Travis was RESPECTFUL, had a FANTASTIC attitude, knowledgeable, extremely helpful, willing to accommodate a customer's requests. He is a top-notch geek! I am thoroughly impressed with Travis. With that kind of work ethic and good attitude, this young man is bound to be successful and will move up in his life! The agents did a superb job of setting me up and explaining what they were doing and how to use the system. There was some difficulty in setting up the appointment--the first date the guy didn't show and I couldn't get the appointment rescheduled until I went to the store and threw myself on the mercy of the Geek squad guy there.

The guys did a quick and professional job. No complaints.

I love this service. They are always so courteous and knowledgeable.

They did a good job in the installation of a new 65" tv, wall mount, sound bar, and 24" tv. They handled the xfinity remotes well and helped install several streaming services too. Two minor issues were that the cable box that he mounted to the back of the 24" tv is now falling off after just a few weeks and they did not have time to explain how to adjust the sound bar to better pick out dialogue from the background music and noise. I guess I expected more for the price!

The Installers mounted my TV and connected all my devices. They were very friendly and professional, and knew exactly what they were doing and did it in a quick manner. I am extremely satisfied with their excellent service.
